Oven: Preheat oven to 400°F, place tail on a baking sheet lined with foil or parchment paper. Place sheet on the middle rack and cook for 10-12 minutes.
Note: These are directions for the 4oz size add three minutes for the 7oz size or add 6 minutes for the 10oz size.
Grill: 1) Brush the flesh with oil and place directly on the grill for 4-5 minutes. Turn over onto the shell side on some foil or a grill tray and finish with the lid closed and the temperature at 400F for 5-7 minutes.
