Made Fresh at Caudle's Catch. Great for the oven or pan-fry. Made with wild Canadian shrimp, crab and surimi.  4oz Cakes

Cooking Instructions:

Pan Fry: Warm butter or oil in a pan at a medium heat and add crab cake. Cook for 4-5 minutes on one side, flip and cook for another 4-5 minutes.

Oven:  Pre-Heat oven to 375F.  Place on baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes, turn once
