Made fresh at Caudle's Catch. Our fresh Canadian Sole stuffed with a variety of broccoli, cheddar, seafood stuffing & parsley (1lb is approximately two stuffed sole's).

Cooking Instructions:

Preheat oven to 375ºF, place sole on baking sheet lined with foil or parchment paper. Place sheet on middle rack and cook for 15-18 minutes.
