Fresh Canadian Atlantic Salmon Fillets. Skinless, deboned fillets, aquaculture.  Professionally "deep-skinned" to remove both the skin and the dark brown fat from the underside of the fillet.  Fillets range from 900g - 1800g (2-3.5 lbs)

Note:  Orders of multiple pounds may be shipped as one or two (or more) pieces depending on the amount ordered.  The minimum weight of a single piece will be no less than 1lb
