1 lb (454g) jumbo (16-20ct) Black Tiger Shrimp, 1/2 lb (227g) Snow Crab Cocktail Claws, 1/2 lb (227g) Lobster Meat, 200g Vodka Smoked Atlantic Salmon and 250ml Country Style Cocktail Sauce. Arranged on a 12” platter on a bed of fresh green leaf lettuce, garnished with lemon.  

Platter contains approx. 13-15 cooked shrimp,  12-15 snow crab claws, 8-12 bite-sized pieces of lobster, 15-20 slices smoked salmon and 250ml locally made cocktail sauce. We recommend serving with a couple seafood forks and some melted clarified butter. Serves 4-8 guests.
