This is the original platter that we started offering over 25 years ago! Featuring 2 lbs (908g) medium Cooked White Pacific Shrimp, 1lb (454g) Imitation Crab Meat and 250ml Country Style Cocktail Sauce. Arranged on a 12” platter on a bed of fresh green leaf lettuce, garnished with lemon slices.

Platter contains approx. 70-75 cooked shrimp and 25-30 pieces of imitation crab meat. We recommend serving with a couple seafood forks and some melted clarified butter.   Serves 8-12 people
