Wild Caught off the coast of Alaska.  Sablefish has a firm, yet flaky texture that make it very versatile.  It is great on the grill, pan-seared or baked.  The flavor is rich and buttery due to the fish’s naturally high fat content. 

Sablefish has a flavour comparable to Chilean Sea Bass and is often use as a substitute. Sablefish is considered to a sustainable choice and is ocean wise recommended.    Sold in 6oz, skin-on portions, individually vacuum sealed.
