Frozen Arctic Char Fillets, skin-on, deboned, aquaculture. Fillets are packaged individually and frozen in house. Fillet sizes range from 6oz to 16oz. Sold by the pound, 5 pound case or 10 pound case. 

Arctic Char is often compared to Atlantic Salmon or Rainbow Trout with a more subtle, “sweet” flavour that is excellent for those who are looking for a high omega fish but find salmon to be a bit too strong flavoured.
