      Cod fillets in a crunchy gluten-free black pepper coating. Wild caught, Product of Canada. Sold in 1 pound packages (approximately 3-4 fillets) or a 10 pound case (approximately 30 pieces).
Cooking Instructions:
Bake from frozen. Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F). Bake for 20-25 minutes on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Turn portions over after 10 minutes. As appliances may vary, cook until an internal temperature of 74°C (158°F) is reached.
