Cooking Instructions: 

Oven: Flatten lobster cake. Pre-heat oven to 400F, place on a baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes until it begins to brown.

Air Fryer: Flatten lobster cake, then fry at 400F for 10-12 minutes, flip 1-2 times during the process.
