2 lbs of Large (21-25ct) Black Tiger Shrimp, 250ml Country Style Cocktail Sauce. Arranged on a 12” platter on fresh green leaf lettuce, garnished with lemon. Each platter has roughly 42-50 large sized shrimp and will serve 4-8 guests.
