1 lb of Medium (31-40ct.) Cooked White Pacific Shrimp, 1 lb of Imitation Crab Meat, 250ml Country Style Cocktail Sauce. Arranged on a 12” platter on fresh green leaf lettuce, garnished with lemon. Serves 4-8 guests. 

Platter contains approx. 32-38 cooked shrimp and 25-30 pieces of imitation crab meat. We recommend serving with a couple seafood forks and some melted clarified butter.
