Wild caught in the cool, clear waters off the coast of Iceland.  Icelandic Haddock is related to cod but has a slightly milder flavour with a more delicate flake.   Haddock is excellent pan-fried or baked in the oven. It's it also a perfect fish to make a delicious fish and chip dinner!
