Made fresh at Caudle's Catch. White mushroom caps filled with Caudles' delicious seafood stuffing. A great starter or side for surf and turf or bite size appetizer for parties.

Cooking instructions:
Oven: Place mushrooms on a baking sheet and bake at 375ºF for 10-12 minutes or until mushrooms are cooked to your liking. Squeeze lemon juice over mushrooms before serving.
Grill: Place aluminum foil on a pre-heated grill, place mushroom caps on top of the foil, cook with lid closed for 8-10 minutes or until mushrooms are cooked to your liking. Squeeze lemon juice over mushrooms before serving.
Air Fryer: This item is air fry friendly
