Made fresh at Caudle's Catch Seafood. White mushroom caps filled with seafood stuffing, and arranged with two lemon slices. Sold in 227g packages. 

Cooking inatructions:

Oven: Place mushrooms on a baking sheet and bake at 375ºF for 10-12 minutes or until mushrooms are cooked to your liking. Squeeze lemon juice over mushrooms before serving. 

Grill: Place aluminum foil on a pre-heated grill, place mushroom caps on top of the foil, cook with lid closed for 8-10 minutes or until mushrooms are cooked to your liking. Squeeze lemon juice over mushrooms before serving.
