This sauce is excellent as a saute. Place fillets in a pan over medium heat and cook both sides for 5 minutes or when fish gets slightly flaky.
It is also great as a marinade! Marinate fillets for 30 minutes, then place in a preheated oven at 400F and cook for 10 minutes or until done.
