Wild caught from Lake Erie Walleye/Pickerel as it is commonly known is a firm and mild tasting fish. Most commonly pan-fried with a light coating. Walleye is also nice when baked in the oven and also great on the grill as it is quite firm.
Sold as skin-on, deboned fillets in 1 lb (454g) increments.
