Made in house at Caudle's Catch. Made with 100% real crab meat. A Maryland-Style recipe. Sold in packages of 2 crab cakes (100g each).

Ingredients: Lump Crab Meat, Green Onion, Bell Peppers, Parsley, Mayo, Dijon Mustard, Worchester Sauce, Hot Sauce, Old Bay Seasoning, Gluten-Free Panko. 

Cooking Instructions:

Pan Fry: Heat butter or oil in a pan at medium-high heat.  Gently press the cakes into 1" patties.  Fry 2-3 minutes on each side until crispy.  Serve with aioli or tartare sauce.
