Wild-caught from the Gulf of St Lawrence.  These smaller-sized clusters have all the quality and flavour of the Premium Snow Crab Clusters, just in a smaller leg.  This means a little more work for you but it also means a lower price.  

Our snow crab is sold in clusters with 4 legs and an arm with a claw on each cluster.  Each cluster is 4-7oz (113-200g) in weight and comes fully cooked.  We recommend that you steam these up to temperature (see cooking guide) and serve with melted garlic butter or clarified butter.
