The Galley platter takes our "Classic" platter and upgrades the shrimp to the large black tiger rather than the white pacific.

2 lbs (908g) Large (21-25ct) Cooked Black Tiger Shrimp, 1 lb (454g) Imitation Crab Meat and 500ml Country Style Cocktail Sauce. Arranged on a 12” platter on fresh green leaf lettuce, garnished with lemon. Serves 10-12 guests.

Platter contains approx. 45 large cooked shrimp and 25-30 pieces of imitation crab meat. We recommend serving with a couple seafood forks and some melted clarified butter.   Serves 8-10 people
